Check-in

You will receive OUR ADDRESS, information about your check-in, and which cabin is yourS both when you book and on the day of your arrival.

  • The cabins are self-check-in. Check-in is anytime after 3pm.
You can purchase a 12:30pm check-in for $50 before your arrival HERE
(If it is at least 3 days before your arrival)

  • The door code will be programmed to the last four digits of your phone number.

  • You will drive past a white house and a red barn and then you will see the five cabins. The cabins are sequential. So if you booked the first cabin, yours is the first cabin you will come to. If you booked the second, it is the second you will come to, etc.

  • The cabin has a gas stove and we supply wood for the fire-pits so you don’t need to bring any wood.

  • There are two patios on the property. Each has a propane grill. Propane is provided.

House Rules

Indoor Rules:

  • Candles are prohibited.
    (
We have provided flameless candles for your enjoyment instead.)

  • Please do not slide furniture across floor.

Hot Tub Rules:

  • Please rinse off before using the hot tub. Any lotions, soaps, or makeup interfere with the hot tub's maintenance and could cause it to be out of service for up to 24 hours.

  • Replace the Hot Tub lid properly when you are done to make sure it stays warm and no debris can enter.

Outdoor Rules:

  • If you have guests, please ensure that they do not park on the grass. There is extra parking at the roundabout by Cabin 5. Damaged grass is difficult to repair and will require a portion of your deposit.

  • Ensure fires are completely out by dousing them with the water buckets provided at the fire-pits.

PatioS & Fire-pitS

Fire-pit rules

  • Never leave fires unattended.

  • Do not leave children under 14 unattended at the fire-pit.

  • Make sure you douse the fire with the bucket when you are finished. It must be completely put out before you leave it.

  • There is a spigot and a bucket at each fire-pit. (After Sep. you will need to fill the bucket at your cabin.)

  • Late August is wildfire season and the weather is often hot and very dry. The county may restrict all recreational campfires due to likelihood of wildfires. If you are traveling at this time, please be advised that you may not be allowed to have fires in the fire-pits.

Patios and Firepits

  • There are two patios. Patio #1 is between Cabins #1 and #2 and Patio #2 is between Cabins #4 and #5. Both Patios have a fire-pit with Adirondack chairs, tables and chairs, and a gas grill. (We supply the propane and the wood for the fire-pits. No need to bring charcoal for the grills or your own firewood.)

  • Feel free to have a fire in either of the fire-pits. If you would like us to start the fire for you, text Karen and she or Steve will come light it for you.

  • Please let us know if you need additional wood.

  • There is wi-fi at both patio areas.
