In order to complete your reservation, you must reply to the link and submit your cc info.
You will be asked to put in your cc into to submit the reservation but all of the payments are processed through Charge Automation.
You will receive a link from support@chargeautomation.com to submit payment information for your payments. Please use this link to add your card to pay.
You card will be automatically charged 30 days before your arrival and a $75 hold
will be placed one day before check-in as a security deposit (damage deposit) which will be released after you check out.

Additional Costs (Cleaning fee & Lodging Tax) are included in the total cost shown.
A charge of $15 per person per night is added for more than 2 guests.
Cabins 1 and 3 are one bedroom cabins.Cabins 2, 4, and 5 are studio cabins.
All cabins can sleep 4 on a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

2 Patio/Fire-pits (shared by cabins) Each patio has a gas grill.
Wood is provided for the fire-pit.
What is the difference between booking direct and booking through a booking platform?
Platforms like Airbnb and VRBO typically charge around 15% in fees for you to book through them. If you book directly, there are no fees other than the 8% MT Lodging tax and the exit cleaning fee which you are paying no matter where you book. We will authorize a hold of $75 on your card the day before your arrival as a Security (Damage) Deposit, which will be released after you check out.
Booking direct usually ends up saving at least $75-$150.
Note: The Airbnb service fee is also usually non-refundable no matter when you cancel and VRBO only refunds theirs if the host fully refunds the reservation.

for one cabin
30 days or more from arrival date: Full Refund
14 days to 29 days from arrival date: 50% Refund
Less than 14 days from arrival date: No Refund

10% non-refundable fee for cancellations made 48 hours or more of time of booking.
45 days or more from arrival date: 90% Refund
21 days to 44 days: 50% Refund
Less than 21 days: No Refund
