In order to complete your reservation, you must reply to the emailed link you will receive and submit your cc info.

Our payments are processed through Charge Automation. You will receive a link from support@chargeautomation.com to submit payment information for your payments. Please use this link to add your card to pay.

50% of the reservation total is charged at time of booking to confim. The remaining 50% is charged to the card on file automatically 30 days before arrival.

ONLY IF BOOKING ALL 5: A $500 hold will be placed one day before check-in as a security deposit (damage deposit) which will be released after you check out.

For One Cabin

30 days or more from arrival date: Full Refund
14 days to 29 days from arrival date: 50% Refund
Less than 14 days from arrival date: No Refund

For Two or More Cabins

10% non-refundable fee for cancellations made 48 hours after time of booking.
45 days or more from arrival date: 90% Refund
21 days to 44 days: 50% Refund
Less than 21 days: No Refund

What is the difference between booking direct and booking through a booking platform?

Platforms like Airbnb and VRBO charge an additional 15% in platform fees for you to book through them. If you book directly, we charge only a 5% service fee, to cover transaction fees, other than the 8% MT Lodging tax and the exit cleaning fee which you are paying no matter where you book.

Booking direct usually ends up saving $50-$150. (If it looks like the total is less on Airbnb/VRBO, make sure you go to the payment screen as they add the taxes at the end and do not show on the initial price.)

Note: The Airbnb service fee is also usually non-refundable no matter when you cancel and VRBO only refunds theirs if the host fully refunds the reservation.
