Rebecca began working at Ross Creek full time in the spring of 2020, after returning from teaching abroad in Italy for several years. She is extremely lucky to get to be part of the Ross Creek team and loves each aspect of her job, particularly being able to work with the guests. She designed the Ross Creek website and logo and does freelance web design in her spare time.

Karen and Steve Mayville used their many years of landscape design and love of Montana to create a truly unique vacation rental capturing the beauty and seclusion of area while still offering the comforts and amenities found in any top rental. They have been fortunate to have their daughter Rebecca and son-in-law Shawn work for them.

Shawn became a part of the Ross Creek team in 2022 and quickly became indispensable. From landscaping upkeep, indoor maintenance, to managing the Westbound car fleet, he does a bit of everything around the property. You will likely see him out and about during your stay.
