• 30 days or more from arrival date: Full Refund

• 14 days to 29 days from arrival date: 50% Refund

• Less than 14 days from arrival date: No Refund

• 10% non-refundable fee for cancellations made 48 hours or more of time of booking.

• 45 days or more from arrival date: 90% Refund

• 21 days to 44 days: 50% Refund
